For employee's the new Meeting Notes feature will be displayed in the upper left-hand corner of the dashboard. This feature allows leaders to enter meeting notes that are visible to the employee and all leaders with access to his dashboard.  Meeting notes have no impact on scoring and are not connected to performance scoring.

Adding a Meeting Note

Only leaders may enter meeting notes. To create a meeting note, go to the dashboard of the employee and click the ADD MEETING button in the top right-hand corner of Meeting Notes.

The Meeting Title and Notes are required to save the form. If attachments are needed, simply click and drag them to the attachments area. Attachments are not required but encouraged if they are mentioned in the meeting notes.

When all of the information is complete, click CREATE MEETING in the bottom right-hand corner.

Viewing Meeting Notes and Attachments

To view a specific Meeting, click on the box. It will highlight in gray when you hover over it. Click to open.

When you click, a pop-up box will appear with the meeting details. The meeting will capture the title and date of the meeting, who added the meeting to TrackIT (leader) and who attended (employee) and an updated date as needed. If all of the data is not visible simple scroll down to view the information. In this example, the there are two attachments: New_Hire_Form_2025.docx and Megan1.png .
